1. Who we are
Data controller: Zentryx.
Contact: i.muhammad.ahmad443@gmail.com.
WhatsApp: +92 370 4458098.
Registered in: Pakistan.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name — when you complete our contact form or email us.
- Project details — any information you share about your project goals, requirements, or documents you attach.
- Client account data — billing address, invoices, and correspondence if you engage us as a paying client.
2.2 Information collected automatically on our website
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies & similar technologies — strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function, and (if you opt in) analytics cookies to measure usage. We do not use advertising cookies on our website.
2.3 Information collected by our mobile applications
Most of our mobile apps are designed to be offline-first and store user data locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit your personal content to our servers unless the specific app feature explicitly requires it. Each app's store listing (Data safety section in Google Play, Privacy Nutrition Labels in the App Store) describes the exact data that app handles.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries, deliver contracted services, and manage our client relationship.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including diagnosing technical issues and preventing abuse.
- Send transactional communications (e.g., invoices, project updates) — we do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Zentryx, our users, and others.
Legal bases (where applicable under GDPR / UK GDPR / PDPL): performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services.
4. Mobile app data & permissions
The following is an aggregate view across our published apps. Each app's store listing details the exact permissions and data categories for that specific app.
4.1 Data stored locally on your device
- Business data (BillKit): business profile, products, customers, invoices, payments. Stored locally in SQLite and MMKV on your device. Not transmitted to any Zentryx server.
- Activity data (Hydration Companion): daily water intake, goals, and streaks. Stored locally on your device.
- Worship data (Deen Companion): tasbeeh counts, fast-tracking status, user preferences. Stored locally on your device.
4.2 Device permissions we may request (and why)
- Notifications — to deliver scheduled reminders (e.g., prayer alerts, hydration nudges, low-stock warnings, daily sales summary).
- Location (when in use) — to compute accurate prayer times and Qibla direction in Deen Companion. Location is processed on-device and is not shared with us.
- Motion & compass sensors — required for the Qibla compass in Deen Companion. Data is used only in real-time on your device.
- Camera — only when you choose to scan product barcodes in BillKit. Camera frames are processed on-device; images are not stored.
- Storage — to save generated invoice PDFs and app backups to your device.
- Foreground service / exact alarms — to reliably deliver scheduled reminders on Android.
4.3 Data we collect automatically from mobile apps
- Crash & diagnostic data — anonymous crash traces and performance metrics, used only to diagnose and fix issues. No personally identifying content is included.
- Advertising identifiers — where an app displays ads, the AdMob SDK may read your device advertising ID (AAID/IDFA) to show non-personalised ads. You can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings at any time.
4.4 Data we do not collect
- We do not require account sign-up for most apps.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not access contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, or files outside what is strictly needed for the feature you invoked.
5. Advertising & analytics
5.1 Google AdMob
Some of our free mobile apps display advertising served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to request non-personalised ads by default. Depending on your region and consent, AdMob may also process additional data to serve personalised ads — see Google's Advertising policy. You can manage ad preferences and opt out in your device's system settings.
5.2 Google Play / App Store services
When you install, update, or review our apps, the respective app store may share standard distribution data with us (e.g., aggregate installs, country, crash reports). This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.
5.3 Website analytics
If enabled, we use privacy-preserving analytics to understand aggregate usage of our website. We do not cross-site track you for advertising purposes.
6. How we share information
We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — hosting, error tracking, email delivery, and payment processing, bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements.
- Advertising networks — specifically Google AdMob, only when you use an app that shows ads, and only to the extent required to serve the ad.
- Legal — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will provide notice before personal data is transferred.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
7. Data retention & deletion
- App data on your device — remains until you delete it from within the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling typically erases app data on Android and iOS.
- Inquiries & client records — retained for up to 7 years for contractual and tax compliance, then deleted or anonymised.
- Crash & diagnostic data — retained up to 90 days.
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time by emailing i.muhammad.ahmad443@gmail.com. For account-free apps, deleting data from within the app is immediate and does not require contacting us.
8. Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage at rest where applicable, least-privilege access controls, and regular dependency patching. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
We are headquartered in Pakistan. Your information may be processed in Pakistan or in other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, to protect personal data transferred across borders.
11. Your rights & choices
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, Pakistan PDPA/PDPL, California CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have the following rights:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction or objection to certain processing.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email i.muhammad.ahmad443@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
