Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zentryx website and the mobile applications published by Zentryx (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with, disable, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and code samples) is the property of Zentryx or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Our mobile applications are licensed, not sold, to you for personal and commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the app's in-store terms.

3. Free vs paid features

Our apps are generally free to use and may be supported by advertising. Some apps may offer optional paid features; those features are governed by the in-app purchase terms of the app store you installed from (Google Play or Apple App Store).

4. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the Services is at your own risk. In particular, our billing and business-data apps are tools to assist record-keeping; you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your records, tax compliance, and data backups.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentryx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100 where no payment was made.

6. Client engagements

Where Zentryx provides custom engineering or consulting services to a client, the specific terms, deliverables, milestones, and payment schedule will be set out in a separate Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, which supplements these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
