The core features of Hydration Companion work offline. Some features use the internet (see the privacy policy for exactly what and why), but your personal content is not uploaded unless a feature explicitly requires it.

How do I delete my Hydration Companion data?
Use "Reset data" inside the app settings, or uninstall the app — both remove all locally stored data immediately. To opt out of personalised ads, reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
